HOW IT WORKS
Tell us when you're dropping off
When you call or schedule your drop-off, let us know you'll need a rental. We'll coordinate with Enterprise to have a car ready for you.
Enterprise picks you up here
Enterprise will pick you up directly from our shop. You don't need to arrange a ride to a rental location.
Insurance covers it if you have rental coverage
If your policy includes rental reimbursement, Enterprise bills your insurer directly. You're only responsible for charges beyond your coverage limits.
We call when your car is ready
When your repair is complete, we call you. Return the rental, Enterprise drops you back, and you pick up your car.

Does My Insurance Cover Rental?
Rental reimbursement is a standard add-on to most comprehensive and collision policies. It's usually listed as "Transportation Expense" or "Rental Reimbursement" on your declarations page, with a daily limit (commonly $30–$50/day).
If the other driver was at fault, their liability coverage should pay for your rental. We can help you navigate this when you call.
