These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Commerce Collision LLC DBA Commerce Collision, a business operating under the laws of the United States ("Company"), and the individual or entity purchasing or using the Company's services ("Client").

SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment through our website at commercecollision.com or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with third-party service providers who assist with operations such as hosting, analytics, customer management, or communication tools. These providers are authorized to use information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are required to protect it appropriately. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.

Services

Commerce Collision LLC provides automotive collision repair, auto body, painting, glass replacement, towing coordination, and related services at 3080 E Oakley Park Rd, Commerce Township, MI 48390. All services are subject to a written repair authorization signed at the time of vehicle drop-off.

Estimates

Written estimates are provided based on visible damage at the time of inspection. Hidden damage discovered during disassembly or repair may result in a supplemental estimate. We will notify you and/or your insurer before proceeding with work beyond the original estimate. Commerce Collision assumes no responsibility for costs associated with delays caused by insurance approval of supplements.

Authorization to Repair

Repairs will not begin without a signed repair authorization. By signing, you authorize Commerce Collision to perform the described work and to operate your vehicle for testing purposes. You represent that you have authority to authorize repairs on the vehicle.

Payment

Payment is due in full upon completion of repairs and before vehicle release. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For insurance-covered repairs, payment of your deductible is required at pickup; the balance is collected from your insurer. Vehicles not retrieved within 30 days of completion notice may be subject to storage fees.

Warranty

Commerce Collision warrants its workmanship against defects caused by our work. Specific warranty terms are provided in writing at the time of repair authorization. This warranty does not cover pre-existing conditions, damage caused by subsequent accidents or neglect, or defects in parts supplied by the vehicle owner or insurance company.

Refund Policy

All payments made to Company are final and non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Personal Property

Commerce Collision is not responsible for personal property left in vehicles. Please remove all personal items before dropping off your vehicle.

Disclaimers

Throughout the Site, we may provide links and pointers to Internet sites maintained by third parties. Our linking to such third-party sites does not imply an endorsement or sponsorship of such sites or the information, products, or services offered on or through the sites.

The information, products, and services offered on or through the Site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

You agree at all times to indemnify and hold harmless Commerce Collision LLC DBA Commerce Collision, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claims, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your breach of any obligation, warranty, or representation under these Terms of Service.

Limitation of Liability

Commerce Collision's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific repair giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for loss of use, consequential, incidental, or indirect damages. We exercise reasonable care but are not responsible for fire, theft, or acts of nature while your vehicle is on our premises beyond the limits of our garage liability coverage.

Online Commerce

Certain sections of the Site may allow you to purchase products and services from third-party vendors. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or any other aspect of these products and services. If you make a purchase from a third party linked through the Site, the information obtained during your visit, including payment information, may be collected by both the merchant and us.

Your participation in any dealings with third-party vendors is solely between you and the third party. Commerce Collision LLC DBA Commerce Collision shall not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of such dealings.

Registration & Passwords
