We spray in a sealed, downdraft paint booth that eliminates dust and bakes the finish on for factory-level durability.
The 4-Step Paint Process
- 1.Surface Prep & PrimingThe panel is sanded smooth, cleaned with specialized solvents, and primed. A perfect finish requires a flawless foundation.
- 2.Color Matching & BlendingWe mix the base coat using computer-assisted formulas and spray it, blending the color into adjacent panels so the human eye cannot detect the transition.
- 3.Clear Coat ApplicationHigh-quality clear coat is applied to seal the color, provide gloss, and protect against UV rays and weather.
- 4.Baking, Wet Sanding & BuffingThe paint is baked in the booth. Once cured, we wet sand and buff the surface to eliminate imperfections and achieve a glass-like shine.
