Frame & Structural Repair COMMERCE TOWNSHIP
When the hit goes deeper than the bumper. Computerized laser measurement, precision straightening, factory tolerances.
A bent frame isn't a cosmetic problem. It throws off every safety system in the car. Airbag angles, crumple zone performance, alignment - all of it depends on the structure being exactly right.
Computerized Laser Measuring
Before a single pull, we mount the vehicle on our frame measuring system and map every structural point against manufacturer specs. That gives us a precise picture of where the metal needs to go, not a guess based on how the car looks.
Hydraulic Pulling & Straightening
Modern unibody vehicles distribute impact through engineered crumple paths. Our hydraulic system applies force at the precise vectors needed to bring bent metal back to spec without adding new stress. We check measurements throughout the repair, not just at the end.
Full-Frame and Unibody Vehicles
Truck with a traditional ladder frame or a unibody car - we have the equipment for both. Full-frame vehicles need different anchoring and pull strategies than unibody cars. We know the difference.
When Is Frame Repair Necessary?
Any frontal impact above roughly 15–20 mph, any side impact, or any accident where visible body panels are significantly crushed likely involves structural damage. Signs include uneven gaps between panels, a steering wheel that doesn't center, or a vehicle that pulls to one side after the visible damage has been repaired. If there's any doubt, we measure first.
Our Process
- 1.Pre-Repair MeasuringWe baseline every structural point against manufacturer specs before any repair begins. Every deviation is documented.
- 2.Anchor & PullThe vehicle is anchored to our frame rack and multi-directional pulls are applied in the correct sequence to remove the damage.
- 3.Mid-Repair VerificationWe re-measure after each major pull to confirm progress and prevent over-correction.
- 4.Final InspectionFull measurement report confirms all structural points are within factory tolerance before reassembly.
- 5.Wheel AlignmentAfter structural repair, a four-wheel alignment confirms the vehicle tracks straight.
